Artist's Description
This is my first "Touch Me" painting in this series. I have always wanted to touch textured art, but for obvious reason I cannot. This painting is meant to be touched and have one's fingers run over the art piece to really "feel' the art. I dedicate these series of paintings to those that "feel" the need to touch textured art and the visually impaired.
About Amelie Simmons
I am an artist using acrylic paint as my primary medium of choice to create my illusions of reality. My genre of painting include traditional impressionism, abstract, and dimensional (3D touch me) paintings. I enjoy exploring different styles of art, from fine detailed brushstrokes to the spontaneity of painting freely with my fingers. My passion for my artwork originates from a strong desire to capture images of life moments, places, and feelings onto canvas. I find inspiration locally and from my adventures while traveling.
