Artist's Description

Inspiration for this painting came from hiking along a stream in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Caution is needed to cross streams and rivers due to the slippery rocks. However, despite the dangers, the view from the middle of the stream is spectacular.

I am an artist using acrylic paint as my primary medium of choice to create my illusions of reality. My genre of painting include traditional impressionism, abstract, and dimensional (3D touch me) paintings. I enjoy exploring different styles of art, from fine detailed brushstrokes to the spontaneity of painting freely with my fingers. My passion for my artwork originates from a strong desire to capture images of life moments, places, and feelings onto canvas. I find inspiration locally and from my adventures while traveling.
